The online calculator (schedule-1-calculator.com) lets you test ingredient combinations before spending in-game money. Here is how to use it effectively:
- Select your base ingredient (determines strain category)
- Add ingredients one at a time, noting the sell price change
- Reorder ingredients to see price variation (order matters!)
- Find the combination with the highest sell price for 4-5 ingredients
- Verify all ingredients are available at your current rank
The calculator reveals a counter-intuitive fact: sometimes dropping an expensive ingredient increases final value. This happens when an ingredient's effect conflicts with the base strain's natural properties. Always test 3-4 different combinations -- the highest ingredient-cost recipe is NOT always the highest sell price.
